If it’s a life-changing jackpot win you are looking for, NetEnt games are always the best. This has been proved time and time again, and no more so than this week. Just a few days ago we were the first to break the news of jackpot wins on the Mega Fortune and Mega Fortune Dreams games- landing their lucky winners hauls of €8.5 million and €4.5 million respectively, and our very own Rhi- always one step of the game (!)- speculated at the time that a third jackpot would be hit soon; possibly Hall of Gods (read her original post here).
PLAYER WINS €7.5 MILLION ON HALL OF GODS
Well, as it turns out, that educated guess was completely justified as, lo and behold, we arrived this morning to the news that the Hall of Gods had indeed toppled. Obviously, it has been just a matter of hours since the player in question hit the jackpot, and details of who they are and where they won their phenomenal prize are yet to be released to the general public but we can announce that, as we were leaving the office last night, they were netting themselves a cool €7,530,521!!
THE WHO, WHAT, WHERE AND WHEN
We will, of course, keep you posted with all the latest details as they come in but, for now at least, that one lucky player will be coming to terms with their €7.5 million win and considering what they want to spend their prize haul on.
The Mega Fortune and Mega Fortune Dreams jackpots were both hit by Swedish players and, of course, it’s completely possible this win was landed by a Swede too.
WHICH JACKPOT SHOULD I PLAY NOW?
Hall of Gods pays out, on average, every 162 days- so we won’t be expecting to write about any more Hall of Gods jackpot wins until at least May of next year. Of course, the jackpots are governed by random number generators, so no-one really knows when they will go, but there are sites which predict when each jackpot will topple- based upon the average number of days between hits and the average prize hauls won.
Given that Mega Fortune and Mega Fortune Dreams were won last week, we’d suggest Arabian Nights is the next most likely contender. While the jackpot currently sits at just over €1.3 million, it was last hit 210 days ago- 90 odd days over it’s average.
As we said earlier in the week, the player in question will now be deciding if they want their details to be made public but, if and when they do decide to make themselves known, you can rest assured that you’ll be the first to know.
UPDATE: Just in! Although nothing has been publicly released just yet, we can exclusively reveal that the winning player landed the jackpot on a Betsson site- our best guess would be either Betsson itself, or Betsafe. Given that Betsson was the casino where the previous Hall of Gods jackpot was landed earlier this year, this will come as little surprise to the jackpot chasers.
