*UPDATE: NetEnt’s Grand Spinn has now been released. Check out our full review to get the full details and try out the game for free.*
Later this month NetEnt are launching a brand-new game with a twist: it will have two versions and therefore give twice as much fun, twice as many wins, and super progressive jackpots to boot!
Slot fans will be getting a classic video slot version and a super-progressive jackpot version – ensuring as many big wins as humanly possible.
The first game is Grand Spinn and the second is Grand Spinn Superpot (no prizes awarded for the imaginative naming of this one I’m afraid).
Both games look set to be immediate classics, and we’re really keen to find out what happens with this doubled-up duo dynamic.
We’ll be doing our classic in-depth reviews when Grand Spinn and Grand Spinn Superpot launch, but, in the meantime, here’s a little preview of what to expect:
Grand Spinn is a 3-reel, 3-row, 1 bet line video slot with art deco stylings throughout. This means it looks sleek, stylish, gold, and high-class. You’ll feel like a 1920’s flapper playing on this slot!
The game has some awesome built-in features like the nudge, multiplier wilds, and 3 non-progressive jackpots: mini, midi, and mega.
The nudge feature is activated when you get a win. The first reel will shift down one, and if the symbol is a winning one, you’ll get another win. This process is repeated until you don’t win, when it’ll then move on to the second reel.
The multiplier wild will land anywhere on the reels and substitute itself for the needed winning symbol. However, if you win using one, your bet will get a x2 multiplier. If you win using two you get a x4, and by using three you get a x8.
The non-progressive jackpot happens at the end of your nudges, when if a mini, midi, or mega jackpot symbol lands atop the winning stack, you’ll notice the big bucks start rolling in.
If the non-progressive jackpot wasn’t enough, Grand Spinn Superpot is where it gets interesting!
The game is just like its partner, but this time with a built-in progressive jackpot – waiting to pay out to a lucky art deco fan.
In this version, the mega jackpot is replaced with the ‘Super Jackpot’. Every time you play a portion of your bet will be added to the game’s overall jackpot, likewise for all other players around the globe. If you’re the one lucky enough to land a super jackpot, then you’re set to win an expected (average) of €50,300!
