In my opinion, casinos make enough money from our actual game play and have no real excuse for charging players for deposits and withdrawals. If we didn’t make those deposits, they’d have no business, so it doesn’t seem fair to be charged to make them. And a huge perk of playing casino online is that you might win, so why should you be penalised for it, by being charged to withdraw? Well, CasinoFloor have heard our cries and have removed all fees for deposits and withdrawals.
Different casinos deal with this touchy subject in different ways. Quite a few, like CasinoFloor now, don’t charge the player to process a deposit or withdrawal, whilst others charge either a percentage (of the amount) or a flat fee for all, or a certain number of deposits/withdrawals per month.
Why Should I Get Charged?
So, how do the casinos justify charging the players to these two basic features? It’s mainly because the payment methods themselves (Trustly, PayPal, Visa etc) charge the merchant (in this case the casinos) for their service. So for each deposit you make, the payment method charges the casino and some casinos see fit to pass that charge onto the player.
Others understand that without the player, they would have no casino, so take the hit themselves. It can be hard for smaller casinos, as there are a lot of expenses that go into running an online casino, not least, paying out when players win, so it can be hard for them to stomach all fees themselves, so I do understand why they pass on the charges when they can, but that doesn’t mean I have to like it!
0% Deposit and Withdrawals Fees at CasinoFloor
CasinoFloor has recently partnered with English football legend, Rio Ferdinand and are using this opportunity to listen to him and their players, on improvements they can make to the service. I am pleased to announce that their first change is to wipe out all fees for deposits and withdrawals, so players can now do both absolutely free. From now on, whether you deposit €20, €200 or any other amount at CasinoFloor, that’s the exact amount that will be taken from your card/bank/ewallet/voucher and the exact amount you will get in your casino account. The same goes the other way; if you win and choose to withdraw €20, €200 or any other amount, that’s exactly how much they’ll process for you!
