Good news for all of our many Spanish readers, as of the 2nd of June, Spanish readers will be able to legally enjoy NetEnt games. A recent approval was granted that will allow Spanish players to play on NetEnt casinos without any licensing restrictions whatsoever.
As of yesterday, NetEnt have made an announcement declaring that the company has officially been granted a general license for the exercise of online casino games as well as a singular license for slot games, granted for operations in Spanish market by the Directorate for the Regulation of Gambling (DGOJ). In layman’s terms, this means that our beloved Spanish readers can now enjoy the same NetEnt games that we all take for granted. The licensing was granted following a thorough investigation upon receiving the application, NetEnt obviously met all necessary requirements and conditions for obtaining aforementioned licensing.
NetEnt have declared that following the successful application of the Spanish gaming license, a number of large casinos who offer NetEnt games will be providing their services and warmly welcome Spanish players to their casino. We can expect to see a more extensive list of casinos whom accept Spanish users as time goes, but for the moment the list only consists of three major casino brands.
Spanish users can expect open arms when visiting 888 casino, Premiere Megaplex or the Paf Group casino. All being fairly big casino brands, some with land based operations as well as Premiere Megaplex, who are owned by the Mediaset group and have other operations such as the Spanish Tv-channel Telecinco.
