NetEnt has gone live in the regulated market of yet another European country after it made its games available with gaming operators Grand Casino Luzern and Grand Casino Baden in Switzerland.
This follows the provider achieving a new level of information security management specification last week called ISO 27001.
This achievement allowed them to conclude talks positively with two popular Swiz casinos and start providing their video slots, table games and more with them.
ISO 27001 is a global standard certification granted to companies committed to proper information security management and requires the protection of sensitive information as well as maintaining high-level development, infrastructure and network configurations.
Henrik Fagerlund, NetEnt Malta’s managing director, said: “The ISO 27001 certification is an important acknowledgement for us and is the result of dedicated and hard work from our team.
“We pride ourselves on being a reliable, trustworthy and secure partner to customers and players.”
He added: “We continue to deliver on our strategy to grow by strengthening our position in regulated markets,” added Fagerlund. “We are very pleased to take this step into the Swiss market and look forward to launching our award-winning games with even more operators soon.”
