Netent poker games definitely safest haven for fans of playing poker

Sometimes we stumble upon a news report that seemingly only indirectly has something to do with Net Entertainment, the Netent casino games or the Netent Casinos where those Netent games can be played in. Like yesterday, when we read about the increasing violence against real-life poker players that see their winnings from a real-life poker game (in a casino or on a poker gaming tournament) being the subject of real-life gangsters, trying to get their criminal hands on those winnings.
It was an awful report, giving various examples of professional poker players that became victim of their success at the poker table, attracting low-life hoodlums such as robbers, muggers, crime bosses and torturing kidnappers.
For example, the article related about a pro player that had $ 150.000 on him as the result of an evening of playing poker and had to fight off two bandits who were trying to mug him on his way back to his hotel room.
The report also told the story (actually the motive for the article) about a Czech professional poker player that was invited by a Czech crime lord in 2011 to come and play a private game in Cannes, which was (as was revealed now, three years later by the Czech police), only a pretext to subsequently kidnap and extort him (as he had won only 13 days before some $ 5 million in the 2011 WSOP).
The worst example of the “trend” of successful poker pro’s being the victim of criminals was of a guy in the UK that, only a couple of weeks ago, was tortured by his kidnappers and was left to die over the mere sum of £ 3.000 of poker gaming winnings.
The above examples reminded me of Dave “Devilfish” Ulliott the charismatic “rebel” poker pro who once stated never to go un-armed to a private poker game, thus being prepared for “Sore Losers” with bad intentions.
Now, you might ask yourself: “What has all this got to do with Net Entertainment, Netent casino games or Netent Casinos?”
The point is this: a poker player playing the poker games as developed by Netent will never ever end up in a terrible (and potentially life-threatening) situation as described above. While playing a Netent poker game online from the comfort of their own home they don’t need to be afraid for muggers, robbers, kidnappers and the likes, they don’t need to walk around with large sums of winnings in their pockets and they even less need to sit behind their PC “armed to the teeth” afraid of Sore Losers.
And mind you, the largest sum paid out on a Netent online poker game is bigger than even the best professional “real life” poker player can dream of, being a staggering € 473,744 (on Netent jackpot table game Carribean Stud Poker, at Unibet Casino in 2008).
So if you’re really in to poker playing but you want to avoid dangerous situations it’s better to play on one of the Netent poker games like one of the video poker games, the Netent Texas Hold’em Poker table game or the mentioned table game Caribbean Stud Poker at Betsson where its jackpot currently holds more than € 429.000!
