Besides yesterday launching 2 new Netent casino games, video slot Silent Run and mobile Netent Touch casino game Roulette Touch, the Swedish/Maltese casino software developing company this month will also release yet another video slot, being “platinum” video slot EggOMatic. If this wasn’t enough already Net Entertainment showed us yesterday a preview of upcoming video slot Fisticuffs, that’s the next in line waiting to appear in the Netent Casinos after the release of video slot EggOMatic.
Releasing two games on the same day can be seen as a Netent particularity and if, as was the case yesterday, we also get a preview of a new upcoming video slot on that same day, we must consider the first Tuesday of this month of May as a very peculiar one. Especially as this video slot will only be released after the launch of EggOMatic on the 23-th of this month (so Fisticuffs probably will be playable in the Netent Casinos somewhere in June).
The funny video slot Fisticuffs is themed by a boxing match in which the two opponents clearly don’t share the same weight class as is usual in a real fight. One fighter is a big and fat heavyweight with the looks of the legendary Onslow from the English sitcom television series “Keeping up appearances”. The other boxer is as energetic as he is small and scrawny, looking more like a middle-aged schoolteacher than like a knock-out puncher.
Both fighters each represent a Wild, with the heavyweight being a Straight Wild and the skinny one a Diagonal Wild and according to the accompanying text whenever they punch each other adjacent symbols will turn into a Wild too. Besides this, whenever you’ve got a win made by a symbol substituting Wild the Wilds will stick on the reels after which a re-spin follows thus generating extra (big) winnings.
Other special game features of video slot Fisticuffs are the Both-Ways-Win feature (creating winning bet lines both from left to right as well as from right to left) and the Stacked Wilds.
On the reels we see of course all sorts of items belonging to a boxing match like boxing gloves, the water bucket and the little stool from the corners of the boxing ring, the bell to mark the beginning and the end of each boxing round and the boxing champions belt.
Other than the above at this moment we don’t have any further information about Netent video slot Fisticuffs besides the fact the video slot has 5 reels with 3 rows and 10 fixed bet lines. However, as soon as we know more about this to be releaed video slot, for example its exact release date in the various Netent Casinos, we’ll let you know over here in our Netent (daily) news section. Meanwhile have a look at the video impression below to already get an idea on how the video slot will look like.
