With yesterday’s announcement of NetEnt having closed a deal with Golden Nugget we’re probably only waiting for yet another milestone in the already rich history of NetEnt… being fully licensed by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement…
I probably don’t have to explain to anyone anymore how NetEnt continuously tries to ‘boldly go, where no-one has ever gone before’ meaning the company constantly trying to expand its activities as a ‘premium supplier, of the most innovative online casino games’ (ever built)… Whether on regulated markets in Europe (notably Spain, Italy and the UK) or anywhere else in the world… if there’s an iGaming market on the verge to be regulated, 9 out of 10 times NetEnt is one of the first casino gaming providing companies to mark its presence…
The NetEnt ‘presence’ on the emerging market of the US state of New Jersey is guaranteed by Björn Krantz, once stationed at the NetEnt offices on Malta, but since summer 2014 Managing Director of NetEnt Americas LLC. As NetEnt’ s ‘contact’ in ‘The Land of the Brave and Free’, and much like the famous ‘conquistador’ in one of the most popular NetEnt video slots Gonzo’s Quest, Björn was sent out to explore the possible riches that could be luring at the overseas soil, with New Jersey as the most likely ‘El Dorado’ to be mined.
And Björn did well ‘westward bound’… As yesterday it was announced NetEnt has signed yet another ‘license agreement’ with a major player on the US New Jersey online gaming ‘stage’, being the online (Atlantic City) version of the famous Golden Nugget casino, of course originally ‘land-based’ and operating in Las Vegas.
The NetEnt strategy of having Björn Krantz set up office in the promising US iGaming ‘Garden of Eden’ is clearly proving to be fruitful… Because earlier this year, for example, we could inform our readers NetEnt had (also ‘signed, sealed and delivered’ by Björn) agreed to supply games to nothing else than ‘Caesar’s Palace’, just like Golden Nugget one of the legendary casinos at the Las Vegas ‘Strip’.
And just like so many other originally ‘land-based’ casino gaming enterprises also Caesar’s has an ‘online gaming division’ and to keep their US based online gaming customers perfectly satisfied what better than to integrate the exciting NetEnt casino games into their ‘repertoire’.
So today’s report of Golden Nugget having entered the realm of ‘Better gaming, by Better Games’ doesn’t really come as a surprise and it’s likely in the (near) future more Las Vegas ‘rooted’ online gaming establishments (active on the US market) will recognize the captivating ‘charm’ and outstanding quality of the NetEnt games.
Besides waiting for the next online ‘Las Vegas Strip’ casino active in New Jersey that will get the amazing NetEnt casino games delivered by the ”prominent and well-recognized gaming solutions provider” (as Golden Nugget vice-president Thomas Winter described NetEnt) we’re also waiting for something more important… the final approval of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (New Jersey’s online gaming regulating authority).
Because NetEnt has applied for a license to start operating on the regulated New Jersey iGaming market and if the Swedish-Maltese world-leading innovator of casino games is as popular at this regulating body as it is at both the New Jersey online casinos as well as the millions of players, we’re confident the license will soon be issued.
