We’re well aware that not all players spend their lives chasing the next big welcome bonuses, trialling each and every casino that appears in the hunt for the best promotions. There are plenty of you who do, of course (us included), but some prefer to stick with their all-time favourite casinos as a mainstay and, perhaps, dabble with a new casino every now and then. It’s whatever works for you, of course, but the promo’s are nice, huh? The great news is that many of the top casinos offer alternative ways for players to earn bonus rewards. One of the ways you can do it? Refer your friends!
We’re going to run through the top referral bonuses currently available in the industry and dissect them so you know what you have to do to get them and, most importantly, how justly you could be rewarded for your time and contacts!
There are a few general conditions that you usually have to meet- regardless of which casino you are claiming it from. You must usually already be a funded player, you cannot refer family members or those who live in the same property, and friends must be new to the site you’re referring them to. As with most bonuses dished out by casinos, you’ll need to meet the wagering requirements before you can cash out too.
The Unibet refer a friend bonus is a pretty healthy one. To receive it, players must activate their personal ‘refer-a-friend program’ and send email invites to their friends via the Unibet website. The referrer will receive a £20 bonus, and friends grab the usual welcome bonus plus a £15 (max) refund on their first deposit to boost any losses. You can refer up to 15 friends!
Fruity Casa, G’Day, Reel Island and 21Prive are all casino’s owned and operated by Caddell Limited N.V. and, as such, the refer a friend schemes they offer all look pretty similar. To be eligible, you must email the support teams at the respective casinos with details of both your username, and the name and email address of the friends you’d like to refer. For every one who accepts and deposit £20, you’ll receive a lovely little £10 bonus. Again, you have to be a player who has deposited funds (usually a minimum of £20) at Fruity Casa, G’Day, Reel Island or 21 Prive before you can get involved in the referral program.
888 Casino’s scheme is more generous than most but, some might find that the terms and conditions placed upon it may make it less a desirable option than those offered by other casinos. You can either email your friends directly from the 888 Casino site, or grab a link that you can share on social media, in person, or however else you’d rather. Once your friend has signed up (welcome bonus applicable) and deposited at least €100 within the first 30 days, you will receive your €100 bonus. They’ll also get €50 but, as always, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (30x in this case).
Vera & John reward their loyal customers in their own unique way. For almost everything you do on the site- make deposits, rating games, trying the latest slots- you are rewarded with coins which can be spent in the casino shop. Everything from bonus cups, free rounds and locked bonuses can be purchased, and new items are added frequently. So, while small deposits of €10-€49 are rewarded with 10 coins, likewise trying a new game for real money, referring a friend who goes on to deposit funds will be rewarded with 250 coins. You can send your referral email directly from the Vera & John site and you can refer 20 friends every month!
If any of these sound like a tempting way for you to earn a few extra bonuses to boost your coffers, why not read the reviews on our site (links in the titles) and try them out for yourself. If you like them, who’s to say your friends won’t too!
